High school students in Niagara Falls will be able to take advantage of some new mental wellness projects, thanks to the Mayors Youth Advisory Committee.
They’re supposed to encourage students to relax during the stressful exam season.
Some of these projects include self care, giveaways, contests, exam survival kits and therapy dog visits.
Mayor Jim Diodati says this is great news for the community.
“This is another example of our Mayor’s Youth Advisory Committee having their finger on the pulse of exactly what students need in our community and taking action. We support them in their efforts to show fellow students that they are all in this together!”
The projects would not be possible without support from Enbridge Gas Distribution.
