Marching bands, floats, Mr. and Mrs. Claus, free hot chocolate and more, that’s what you can expect at this year’s Santa Claus Parade. Featuring 11 bands like the Niagara Regional Police Pipe Band, PK Hummingbird Steel Orchestra, Orchard Park High School Quaker Marching Band, the annual parade will be quite the sight to see. Free hot chocolate will be given out by the Salvation Army at Rosberg Family Park while the Tim Hortons Mobile Truck will be giving out free coffee and hot chocolate along Valley Way. It’ll start on Victoria Avenue at Armoury Street, and travel north along Victoria Avenue, turning right onto Valley Way, then right onto Queen Street going all the way to Niagara Falls City Hall. After the parade, 283 Performing Arts Company will provide entertainment immediately followed by a meet and greet with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The parade will be happening rain, snow or shine on Saturday, November 17 starting at 11am.
