There have been two deaths in six days near the Burgoyne Bridge. The OPP is still looking for witnesses after a 43-year-old man fell to his death yesterday morning. The Burgoyne Bridge and the 406 were closed for several hours while police investigated. They want to talk to the people in the vehicles that stopped before police got to the scene.
Nineteen-year-old Tanner Unger jumped from the bridge on Thursday night. He will be laid to rest later this morning. Since the teen’s death, the bridge has been covered with messages of hope and inspiration, flowers and photos.
