The St. Catharines Museum and the Welland Canals Centre have a couple events on tap this month; honouring the the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I.

Stories from the Front will take place on Saturday November 10th. People will turn real letters, diaries and photographs from that time into a dramatic presentation. Tickets are $5 each and everything will get underway in the Burgoyne Room at 1 p.m.

A 19 plus Victory Party is scheduled for Friday November 30th. There will be live music, drinks and era-inspired decor. Tickets are $10 each.

The museum will also shut down the Doing Our Bit: World War One from St. Catharines to the Western Front on November 30th. It highlights the war-time experiences of local residents during the first world war.
